Bernadette Herran, LMSW, CCDI specializes in the social-emotional growth of children and those who care for them. Her 12 years of experience includes providing support services for families in crisis, facilitating support groups for parents, and providing training and consultation for early educators and families of young children. Her commitment to social awareness and education has driven her to understand the importance of relationship-based interventions. She is a Certified Conscious ® Discipline® Instructor, a research based social and emotional curriculum by Dr. Becky Bailey. She is currently attending the Harris Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Training Institute and will earn a Infant/Family Clinical Practice Certificate in May 2010. Bernadette is a dynamic presenter who connects with her participants and helps them reflect on how the content relates to their own life experiences.
